Shipping Policy

Alaska Prancing Peony Farms uses FedEx for priority overnight delivery service for our national cut stem sales. All deliveries should arrive by 5 pm of the delivery date. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address. Please contact FedEx to inquire about the guaranteed delivery time for your zip code.

All orders will ship on the next Wednesday from order placement barring orders made less than 48 hours of that Wednesday to ensure delivery.

National orders are shipped FedEx Overnight.

Local orders are shipped FedEx Same Day.

For all shipments:

  • For Overnight deliveries, the day before each item's delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number to track your package(s) online at www.FedEx.com.

  • For Same Day deliveries, the day of each item's delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number to track your package(s) online at www.FedEx.com.

  • FedEx requires a signature at the time of delivery. Please arrange to have someone at your requested delivery location to accept packages. In the event no one is available, please leave a note where the driver will see it and instruct them that no signature is required. Include your name and signature on the note. These instructions release the shipper from responsibility if packages are stolen or contents ruined once they leave the package unattended. A note does not guarantee delivery. If you miss your delivery, use your tracking information and contact FedEx at 800-GO-FEDEX directly to reschedule.

  • FedEx requires a valid and working telephone number on all orders.

  • Review your shipping address carefully. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $20 fee for changes or redirects once the package is en route, and is the recipient's obligation to cover this fee. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided. Please note: changes and redirects may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once a tracking number is assigned.

  • We are not responsible for packages received before or after the specified delivery date that are lost, stolen, or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event your package is delayed, please contact FedEx directly.

  • We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.

The day before each item's selected delivery date, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number to track your package(s) online at www.FedEx.com.

Receiving Your Shipment

Please see the Tracking Your Order information above to learn how to check on your entire order. The flowers may arrive in multiple boxes. We recommend caring for your flowers as soon as possible! Alaska Prancing Peony Farms highly recommends that our customers (or a representative) be present for delivery. A signature may be required at the time of delivery, which is up to the discretion of the driver at the time of delivery. Alaska Prancing Peony Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx or other shipping delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.

 

Alaska Prancing Peony Farms provides a Quality Guarantee on all products. This does not, however, include free return shipping nor does it guarantee shipping dates or times.
