Terms of Service

  2. Application. By using the website Alaska Prancing Peony Farms, you have agreed to our terms of service and that these terms apply to all users and customers.

  3. Subject. All users of this website and subject to all terms of service.

  4. Sales. All exchange of money via sales is required upfront via the Square Space purchase policy. We accept sales from the United States alone and use only American dollars are currency exchange. We sell only the physical products listed in Shop. Items may only be purchased is there is inventory in stock; we do not accept prepayment or reservation payment through the website; all reservation payments must be made directly via contact with us.

  5. Delivery. Delivery of products purchased through this website will be made only after the products have been properly purchased by the customer; items left in cart without finalization of purchase will not be delivered. All deliveries made outside of the State of Alaska will be sent via FedEx Express Overnight and are subject to fees and charges therein: tracking numbers will be attached to all invoices. It is the customers’ responsibility to track and pickup/receive the delivery. Please note we will not ship your order until at least 3 days after the order was made; if an order is made less than three days before selected delivery date, date will be changed. All deliveries made in the State of Alaska receive a $10.00 delivery fee. It is the customers’ responsibility to be present when products are delivered; failure to receive items will not result in a refund. No items will be delivered without prior payment. No item will be delivered less than 24 hours after order is made. If items are purchased with Local Pickup, it is the customers’ responsibility to be present and receive their purchased items; failure to pickup items will not result in refunds.

  6. Refund/Return. Orders can be canceled by the customer at any time before shipment or delivery; all refunds or returns must be handled by our store: please contact us if problems arise with the product. Only viable complaints will result in refunds: damage to the product during shipment, product lost during shipment, incorrect quantity compared to order and invoice, and/or fraudulent orders. Please note we must be notified of any damaged orders within 24 hours with pictures and a description of the complaint in order to work out a delivered product refund/exchange.

  7. Payment methods. We use PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe as our payment methods.

  8. Public comments. All public comments made on this website are subject to our terms of use: abusive language, spam, malware, insecure links, fraudulent posts, copyright infringement, phishing, soliciting, and theft are not permitted.

  9. Sharing links. Sharing links to protected Member Areas or Member information is not permitted.

  10. Report copyright infringement. Please contact us via email us to report copyright infringement.

  11. Content. All content posted and displayed on this website is protected under copyright law; users may not use this content outside of this website without our express permission. Content on this website will not be used for commercial or advertisement purposes by anyone other than the content creators.

  12. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the United States Federal law.
